The Romans were probably the first to experiment with the preparation of mustard as a condiment. They mixed unfermented grape juice (the must) with ground mustard seeds (called sinapis) to make “burning must”, mustum ardens — hence “must ard”.
The spice was popular in Europe before the time of the Asian spice trade. It was poplar long before pepper.
Mustard seed was used medicinally by Hippocrates, among other ancient physicians.
The early use of mustard as a condiment in England is attested from the year 1390 in the book The Forme of Cury which was written by King Richard II’s master cooks.

All of our Mustards are made using the finest Brown and Yellow mustard seeds to make a crunchy mustard. The mustard is then blended with different ingredients to make a selection of delicious flavours to be enjoyed.

Another true favourite is the Horseradish Mustard a blend of mustard seeds and ground horseradish, hot and delicious.
If you are not that brave and want a sweet mustard then try the Rocket Mountain Honey Mustard, a Canadian recipes that make a sweet smooth mustard, perfect with a Beef burger or Hot dog.
